Silvolf Studios Terms and Conditions
Regarding Commissions: I take full payment up front unless it's an expensive commission such as a plush, in which case you may pay half before I begin and the other half once the work is finished. The first half is non-refundable, as the work has been done. My turnaround is fairly quick and unless I have a huge queue or go away on vacation etc, your commission won't take longer than a month, which applies mostly to plush work. If I will be away, I will let you know. Communication is important and I keep my clients updated.
For digital/traditional art I will draw the sketch for your approval before I finish it. You are allowed up to three changes. After that I will charge a small fee per change if you require further edits.
I am happy to work with clients step by step if details/colours are important but please bear in mind the edit limit.
For digital art you will receive a watermarked version for sharing online and a full resolution version for private use. You may not sell or gain revenue from my artwork. This includes use of N.F.T.s, it is forbidden to sell my art, commissioned or otherwise for crypto-currency. I remain the owner of the artwork, but not the character/s depicted unless one or more character is my own. For those looking to commission me to make designs for t-shirts etc please talk it over with me first.
For artwork that will be shipped to you such as plushies and traditional work, I will always send national/international tracked to make sure it reaches you safely and to avoid dishonesty. In the unlikely event the package goes missing, I will be happy to remake the art piece/plush AFTER the post office has declared it as missing and I have received compensation for it from them. I cannot issue refunds until that time in case the package is simply delayed in the mail. For international packages, I have no control over what happens to it once it reaches your country. You must chase it up with your courier service as that can ONLY be done by residents of the country, not international residents such as myself.
For payment I take Pay-Pal, Stripe or Cash-App. I prefer to take Stripe since there are less fees than PayPal so more revenue comes to me. I will send you an invoice and you don't need an account. However if you prefer to use PayPal because you're used to it, then I am happy to take that form of payment. I will also do cheque or bank transfer for those in the UK.
I charge in GBP £ Great British Pounds but am happy to convert to your local currency. Please be aware that for some currencies the exchange rate works out at more of your local currency than mine.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the subject matter is something I don't draw or if the client is rude or obnoxious. I also reserve the right to blacklist any clients who mess me around or waste my time.
